I completed all the paperwork and put in a claim to Royal Mail for a parcel which never arrived. They then wrote to me 24 days after the parcel should have been delivered to tell me that I should allow sufficient time for the parcel to arrive and contact them 14 days after the due date!

On top of that they had a contact number which after pressing various number options and listening to messages for 5 minutes only gave me details of how to obtain the form I'd already completed!

What a complete waste of my time.
